現在將話語權交給醫生，醫生有專業判斷，知道怎樣下甘斯。如果任何人知情還自行使用，就要自負責任。言下之意，等離子體是有點危險，不能隨意使用。怎麼覺得跟一路以來的教學有些牴觸。

但是，如果還想跟隨教學，就是噤聲，自行拿捏。所以呀，順帶一提，這是一種虛偽的假和平。

我也就此打住，不再追此議題。#但請大家知道有這個免責聲明。

The most recent Plasma Times page 35, there's a contradiction disclaimer, some people are not recommended to use gans, gans water, gans related apparatus, these people include like heart with stent, or shoulder, hip replacement, or even people with diabetes.

Such contradiction indicates Keshe Foundation is away from early time what so called " man in the garage, women in the kitchen" everybody makes and use gans to lead an influential trend.

The power is given to doctors, it's the doctors who have the expertise to diagnose how to use gans properly.

For the rest who wants to use on his own should take his own responsibility.

If one has ever in their life course had:

A. Organ transplants
B. Heart stent
C. Change heart valves or pacemakers
D. Open heart surgery, and vascular bypass
E. Metal prosthesis inside the body
G. Infusing plate inside the spine
H. Diabetes. There is possibility of low blood sugar and therefore  the need for insulin or pills maybe reduced. It is necessary for one to check its blood sugar and then the preparation of the medicine to be always under the supervision of the medical doctors. One should be careful not to lower or increase one's blood pressure or blood sugar too much.

In these mentioned cases, one should never use the GANSes, the GANSes plasma waters, or any protocols. If one does so, one does it at its own risk and responsibility.
