奈米塗層後的銅線圈怎樣重複利用

A: 銅線圈清洗後（我用熱水加檸檬酸洗），可以一再使用嗎？我試了，感觉產生出來的甘斯顏色比較淺，效果是不是第一次生產的會比較好呢？

B: 這也是我的問題，因為銅線成本也蠻高的，總希望能再次回收利用。但用醋洗洗不乾淨，再次生產都不理想。

C: 重點不是奈米的問題，是生產數次後表面積有堆積氧化殘留，所以接觸點還慢慢減低能量傳遞效能，導致同樣的材料生產幾次後越來越難生。

解決方法是，刮除接觸點的氧化物（或是甘斯，結晶物）再重新連結生產。

D: 生產結束後請馬上清洗 (若無銅綠的問題，銅線圈實無需特别再予酸洗)，線圈內徑可以用洗吸管的細長刷子刷洗到，洗完後晾乾，晾乾後便可以再次做鹼液奈米塗層.......

(晾乾後若不馬上使用，可以用夾鏈袋密封，勿接觸空氣，易生銅綠故。)

另奈米鍍層結構好的奈米銅，原則上不太容易有銅綠的問題，且即便使用生產甘斯過後也較容易出現自動奈米效果(未做鹼液冷薰，唯其奈米塗層强度較弱........)

there was a public teaching and someone asked a question about it, she said she washed the plate with some kind of strong acid and she got a plate with rainbow color whatever but the answer is you don't have to wash it or re-coat it every time after using even the black flew off it doesn't matter if you do it right in the first place, by using the strong acid it actually creates the wrong field and destroys its structure, that is why you guys are marking time without much progress, without understanding the totality there is no way to create something new from it.
