If you want to learn how to work with plasma read The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and his second book, that is how you go in to the plasma, and work with plasma. He even explains what is withholding you to achieve it. Just ignore a lot, just go to the essence you will understand.
The second book explains you to see the celestial world meaning you go in plasma state.
You know the people that can show there hand transparent? That is becoming the plasma state.
The most important thing is to create the state to create the community, which can enter the vessel. That is how we are going to travel, because in that state we are in pure essence of love and unconditional love. We have to maintain this state.

Know, I share the reason why we will enter the universal community and why we will be welcome.
We become the teachers of the universe; we carry love, emotion, feelings and expressions. We need to teach to the others in return we will receive the knowledge of how not to waste energy by misconduct (like killing stealing etc.), and we will be guided with knowledge.
We can achieve the peace with ourselves, no fear, trust and unconditional love, that means being transparent.
You don't need exercise; you need to apply.
I used to tell my sons to start giving before going to school to those children, who were creating problems, and to the teacher too, if she or he was irritated by the wrong conduct of children.
My children always came back sometimes the same day with the news, that they became friends with those children.
Just before you go in a room, or any situation, you already send the wish and your command, there is plenty of free energy.
After a few days, you will start noticing the difference in he children and the teachers.
You create the condition everybody is very sensitive for positive energy people are short of energy you radiate and you will see.

Great Day Mrs. Keshe. Thank you for your wonderful teaching. I am learning a lot. I have been practicing and slowly i can see the faded rainbow light connected to on my fingers making the Plasma Ball. It really created so much heat in my body.
