制作食物甘斯的方法与制作其他甘斯是类似的，将纳米板和食物放入盐水中，并使用导线将两者相连。如果使用外部电源加快甘斯产生速度的话，建议使用130瓦的太阳能电池。其中负极接纳米铜板，正极接食物。
反应完成后，先去掉盐水，但不要倒掉。用清水清洗你的甘斯三到四次，然后将一半的盐水重新倒在甘斯里，然后等待24小时让甘斯沉淀。有的食物的甘斯沉淀速度会更慢一些。等甘斯沉淀后，取一、两滴甘斯水加到你的饮品当中，那样你一天都可以不用再吃饭了。

When you are done, remove the salt water, don't throw it away, wash your gans three to four times and add half of the salt water back on the gans, let it settle for about 24h, depending on the food you made some of them take less time to settle, when settled add a drop or two to your drink and you are good to go for the day without food.
