人們要了解什麼是場強，首先先了解他自己的場強，如何為自己建構場強。透過教學中靈魂的課程，你收到一整套的理解。你自己就是個場度，潛力無限，往外擴散。你也要了解，你有個內建的場強就在你的容器裡(身體)。這樣的練習有助於了解你能釋放多少場強，以及在哪裡釋放。

凱史：我們的訊息很簡單，#人自身就是造物主的一部分，這是整個教學的理解所在。當你是整體的一部分，你就是整體，你帶有它所有的本質。是你決定你要這個本質顯現到什麼程度。

當你看著這整體，你對每一個層面都必須同等對待，不管是你成長的方式，受教育的方式，因為不帶偏見，只是如是看待所有一切，#你不必捍衛你的立場。不捍衛立場，你就不必消耗能量，而是從你所學新增能量。

#知識，如果你曾經心領神會，是在分享那個傳給你知識之人靈魂的一部分。這是在這個文化運作下人們還沒意會到的。當你讀到愛因斯坦的東西，當你讀到愛迪生的東西，當你讀到特斯拉的東西，當你讀到達文西的東西，當你閱讀學習，你都只是在閱讀。但當你了解到閱讀會收到作者靈魂的部分，那是你提升自我的方式。閱讀以便學習，不管那是什麼，都是從人的靈魂接收到養分。因為他有那麼多給出來，現在你收到了，然後如果你能應用這分知識，你就在把自己提升到他的程度。很多人沒有意會到『點亮』是宇宙場域的一部分，是你決定你要如何被點亮，以及被點亮到什麼程度。

這是人類靈魂成熟的過程，請試圖了解整體的知識，讓傳授知識變得容易一點。

People by understanding a field strength is first off all to understand his own field strength and how to build it op within himself.

When you are part of total, you are the total, you carry all the essence of it. It's you who decide to what limit you want the essence to manifest itself. And not defending a position you don't spend energy, but you add to the energy because from what you learn.

Knowledge, if you ever understood, is sharing part of the Soul of the man who gave you the knowledge. This is what man has not understood in most of the work of this culture. When you read something from Einstein, when you read something from Edison, when you read something from Tesla, when you read something from da Vinci, when you read it, it's just a reading, but when you understand the reading, you'll receive part of the Soul of the man. That's how you elevated yourself. Reading a knowledge and understanding it, doesn't matter what it is, it's receiving from the Soul of the man because he had so much to give, now you receive it, and then if you can use it, you have elevated yourself to his level. And a lot of people don't understand this.

Enlightenment is part of the field of the Universe. It's you who decide how, at what level you get enlightened, and then this is the process of the progress of the maturity of the Soul of the Man. Please try to understand the whole knowledge, it makes it easier to teach.
