皮膚燒燙傷的處理，來自卡羅琳娜的轉貼文

嗨，卡羅琳娜，這是有關皮膚三度燙傷，與甘斯處理的經過
一位年輕友人，幾個禮拜前嚴重燒燙傷；在臉部，以及身體前面。起因為：丁烷-爆炸，力道之強，甚至把門都炸開，還是有鋼製把手。他一直待在燒燙傷中心，再出院回家療養；本來預計三十天內要做皮膚移植，作者跟有很多甘斯的友人說：『做噴霧』，主要內容物是C02 +氧化鋅甘斯水，外加少量氧化銅與CH3甘斯水；一個禮拜噴在他繃帶包紮處，也『加入他的飲用水』。醫生現在看到他復原狀況如此迅速，他不需要接受皮膚移植手術了。

註：三度燒傷已經到皮膚的真皮，擴展到全真皮層，通常需以植皮癒合傷口，有功能障礙

NOTE 3rd DEGREE BURNS & GANS: A young friend was burned terribly down his face & entire front of his body last couple of weeks when butane exploded (even blowing off a door that had a steel bar across it). He had been in the burn unit and was sent home to heal so they could do skin grafts in 30 days. I instructed my friends there who have plenty of GANS that I made and that I taught them to make // to make up a spray of the water of mostly C02 & Zn0 / a little CU02 & a little CH3. For a week they have been spraying the plasma water on his BANDAGES and he's been adding to his drinking water. The doctors now see he is healing so fast - they will not need to do skin grafts!!!
