I observed that a lot of people are still struggling with the food gans, I am going to break it down here.
1, crush what ever food you want to use
2 put the crushed food in a plastic bottle
3 add some NAOH and fill up with water, it does not have to be hot water, you can use any water
4 let it settle for 24 hours
5 put the solution in a co2 reactor for 24 hours, this will align the polarity
6 put the solution back in a plastic bottle, add at least two different kinds of salt and shake the bottle and let it settle
7 rinse the salt off the gans
8 .put the gans back into a co2 reactor until it starts making COHN, then your gans is ready for use.
This method also applies to your medicine, in the case of medicine, you have to add as many kinds of salt as possible.

yes rinse out caustic before adding to co2 kit.
Depends how well you rinse it. If you are able to siphon the gans from the bottom without the water I would say 7 times. If you are pouring it out from the top of the jar or container i would do 12 minimum as you will have more of the remaining water. If you can check on the ph that is a good indicator.
Test it through out the process as you see it level out then you know The caustic has left. Your gans of whatever you put in the mix will variate in PH. Should be around 7-8 for most food gans of vegetables. Fruits I'm assuming would have a lower PH from the sugar. Good luck. I am in the process myself and will post my results on my page. Cheers.

potassium is better for the body...Still it must be rinsed, But naoh does a much better nanocoating. Rinsing the end product thoroughly is the main concern in either case
