Very recently the Keshe Foundation began recruiting Workshop Teachers to teach Official Keshe Foundation workshops. Each applicant is interviewed, after-which he/she is issued a teaching certificate by the Foundation. The teaching certificate states the name of the teacher as well as the qualification level of the teacher. We qualify applicants based on their knowledge and understanding and practical experience with plasma technology. Qualification levels range from level 1 to level 5, level 5 being expert knowledge. This is part of the Foundation's effort to ensure the public is taught 100% correct standardized, official methodology at plasma workshops by qualified teachers.
The most difficult part of my job as Managing Director of KF International Workshops is to ensure applicants and the public understand a few basic premises, which I would like to outline for you now.
The Foundation has encouraged the public to experiment with and share their knowledge of plasma technology, for the betterment of humanity, and we thank those who have engaged in this work. For the most part applicants create, use, sell or give away plasma products. GaNS, pain pens, patches, Magrav systems, car units, reactors, etc. Many of the applicants have created innovative products that utilize plasma technology.
However, our official workshop teachers are given specific instructions on how the Foundation expects them to conduct their workshops. Part of the instructions include agreeing to only teach the Foundation's official methods. While we respect and admire innovation, at official workshops the public can rest assured the methods they are being taught are officially sanctioned by the Foundation. We do not allow out teachers to teach innovations; for example alternative ways to create GaNS or alternative ways to build the Magrav unit. This is not to say we are asking our teachers to stop innovating and experimenting. Far from it. What we ask is that they teach only the official Keshe Foundation methods in the official Keshe Foundation workshop environment. As part of the Foundation's effort to standardize workshops, we want to ensure the public is taught methods that the Foundation has sanctioned and more importantly that the Foundation has tested with success.
As well, we require our teachers to keep their private businesses separate from official Foundation workshops. We discourage our teachers from selling or showing anything private business related at workshops. We do this for a couple of reasons. One, we feel the workshop environment should be a teaching/learning environment and not a place of selling and marketing, and two, for reasons of liability and responsibility.
The Foundation has taken steps to ensure our products are Certified by an authority. Our health products for example carry the CE certification mark of approval. In order to gain Certification, the product in question has to be submitted to an authority and tested. It is a long and costly process, but Certification gives the public confidence that the product has undergone testing and examination by an authority and has met the standards and regulations of the governments of countries where it will be sold. Many of our workshop teachers create products that utilize plasma technology, but their productsare not certified. This is not to say their products are faulty. But the Foundation can not and will not allow the public to be exposed to products, in the official workshop environment, that have not been Certified. It is a matter of public safety and responsibility.
Our teachers agree to sign a liability agreement when they are qualified by the Foundation. They agree to follow our liability rules and they agree not to introduce selling or marketing in the official workshop environment. Each teacher is qualified at a particular level and the teacher has to teach within their level of qualification and not beyond it.
It is my aim in writing this to ensure the public, if you attend an official Keshe Foundation workshop you will be taught officially sanctioned Keshe Foundation methodology by qualified teachers. The teacher might show the workshop group an innovation to standard Foundation product design, but the innovation will not be taught. It will only be shown to show the innovative potential of plasma technology.
Qualified teachers can sell plasma products and promote their businesses, but NOT in the official Keshe Foundation workshop environment. It must be kept within the private sphere of business and can not be associated with the Foundation.
In summary, there are important distinctions between attending an “unofficial” workshop and an “official” Keshe Foundation workshop.
The differences are :
1. Teachers are interviewed and qualified to teach based on their abilities
2. Workshop Lessons are standardized and approved by the Foundation
3. Teachers are forbidden to sell or market to participants
4. 100% official tried and true Keshe Foundation methodologies are the only methods taught
5. Attendees can trust that what they are being taught is sanctioned by the Foundation
We can not make the decision for the public as to whether they should attend an unofficial or official workshop, but we can make the public aware of these distinctions.
As a side note, the Foundation is recruiting workshop teachers. If you are interested, please apply by sending an email to workshops@keshefoundation
.org.
